Amazing!!
Stunning hotel our seaview room was very spacious and spotlessly clean
The breakfast buffet was fantastic there's something for everyone such a great variety of foods
The two outdoor pool areas and bars again spacious and spotlessl with great sunbeds and parasols
But the absolute gem has to be the terrace rooftop bar...wow!!
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and I cannot wait to return again next year!!

Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.

"Front desk welcomed me saying I had a complimentary breakfast. The next morning I was rejected by the dining staff due to some miscommunication with the front desk person who may have forgotten to trigger the amenity. Felt embarrassed to be denied, otherwise no other complaints."
